So had a really comfortable & enjoyable stay at the apartment.
Was really grateful & impressed with Stan on the front desk who looked after us brilliantly when there was a slight delay with the apartment.

Good, convenient well-equipped flat.
The location near Paddington Station is excellent. The amount of space for a flat in London is good. The kitchen has pretty well everything you need for a short stay.

Was unsure what to expect travelling during a pandemic, but I had a very good experience. Well set up to deal with the current crisis, social distancing in place at the reception, extensive cleaning of the apartments. Not much to do in London unfortunately but it was great to be able to cycle so easily through the city.
